| Erik Knutson is a program and project management expert with a progressive track record of corporate solutions. Throughout his 15 plus year career, Erik has been both a successful entrepreneur and corporate innovator. He is proficient in end-to-end change management, process mapping and optimization, risk assessment, and building and leading cross-functional teams. Before assuming the presidency of Design Laboratory, Erik worked at Microsoft as a Senior Infrastructure Manager for MSN, and a Product Manager within Microsoft IT. Prior to joining Microsoft, Erik founded Washington Dried Foods and owned and operated Icon Sportswear. Erik has a BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University and an MS degree in Computer Systems. |

| Tina Knutson is an acknowledged expert in IT privacy issues who serves as a senior consultant to Microsoft’s Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) group while managing daily operations at Design Laboratory. Before joining Design Laboratory in 2007 Tina was a Senior Program Manager in the Windows Privacy Group at Microsoft, where she drove the first public release of Microsoft’s Privacy Guidelines for Building Privacy into Software Products and Services. Earlier at Microsoft Tina was a Product Manager responsible for rolling out technology integration initiatives. She began her professional career at Arthur Andersen, consulting on strategy and finance and customizing analytical database solutions in Access and SQL. Tina is a member of IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals) and a Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPP). She earned a BA in history and economics at Claremont McKenna College and executive education coursework at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

| David Riley, a veteran of the Hollywood post production world, manages all aspects of Design Laboratory Studios. Prior to joining DLI, David was the Technical Director at Trailer Park, one of the world's largest entertainment marketing firms. He created dynamic creative content for DVD, HD DVD and Blu-ray such as Menus, Making of/Behind the scenes, EPKs and Feature Rich Interactive Content such as games and quizzes. David has worked with several major and independent studios in Los Angeles, such as 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Universal Studios, Walt Disney Studios and Warner Bros. He has a track record of exceeding client expectations and producing quality deliverables under even the tightest timeline. |

| Brian Ruffo is a veteran CRM diagnostician and implementation leader with particular expertise in business process modeling. Before joining Design Laboratory in 2007 he served as a Microsoft Project Manager, implemented Microsoft CRM at Boeing and Getty Images, and worked worldwide for Philips Oral Healthcare, where he implemented an Onyx sales force automation solution across three continents. Brian is a former Senior Consultant at Onyx Software, where he worked on major CRM implementations in health care, financial services, telecommunications and the chemical industry. Brian is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows Server Workstation and SQL Server. He graduated from Central Washington University with a BS in computer science. |
